Sukhveda

Sukhveda Wellness Center is an Ayurvedic Retreat in an office park off Parkwood Boulevard in Frisco, part of the Dallas area. The focus here is traditional Ayurveda: herbal oil massage, shirodhara, powder-based dry massage, steam treatment (swedana), heated herbal rice compress (pinda swedana), and dosha-based lifestyle consultations covering diet and herbal remedies. There are 17 treatments on the menu in total, plus wellness packages aimed at specific goals.

The signature offering is a Detoxification Package priced at $185, designed to reduce toxins and fatigue and restore balance. Other packages target chronic pain and mobility, stress relief, and seasonal allergies. Treatments can also be purchased as a series of 3, 5, 10 or 15 sessions at a discounted rate, though you'll need to call for that pricing.

The practice is run by Ritu Bhalla, who holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery, has over 30 years of experience, and has practiced Ayurveda in the Dallas area since 2007, opening Sukhveda in 2016. She specializes in Panchakarma and also works as a licensed massage therapy instructor and continuing education provider, with webinars and workshops offered through the center.

This is a reservation-required, adults-only spot geared toward solo visits rather than group outings, sitting in the upscale price tier. It's open Monday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Saturday and closed Sunday — worth calling ahead given the appointment-based structure and the range of multi-session packages available.
