Spa Mandalay sits inside Mandalay Bay on the Las Vegas Strip, a 30,000-square-foot facility built around a relaxation lounge, sauna and fitness center rather than a single signature treatment. It functions as the hotel's wellness base, paired with Salon Mandalay next door for hair, waxing and makeup, and connected to the separate Kalologie Medspa for injectables and IV therapy.

Access is restricted: the spa facilities are open only to guests of Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas, and everyone using them must be 18 or older. A day pass covering the lounge, sauna and gym runs $75 Monday through Thursday and $100 Friday through Sunday, with services booked separately and starting at 9am (last appointment at 4pm). A 20% service charge is added automatically to spa and salon treatments.

The building is open daily from 7am to 6pm, with the attached salon running 9am to 6pm. Reservations are recommended, especially for treatments, and the spa asks guests to arrive ten minutes early so appointments can start on time. Closed-toe shoes are required in the gym, and a cancellation made less than four hours before an appointment triggers a full charge. Parking is handled through the rideshare area at Mandalay Bay Road rather than a dedicated valet lot.

For travelers already staying at Mandalay Bay or W Las Vegas who want a straightforward sauna-and-lounge break between pool time and dinner, this covers the basics without extra frills like thermal circuits or hammams.
