Spa World - Houston

Spa World Houston is a Korean spa and sauna complex in Katy, built around a full floor of bathing and heat rooms. The bath areas are gender-separated and clothing-optional, with a barefoot or socks-only policy throughout. Beyond the soaking pools, the sauna lineup includes a Himalayan Salt Room, Jade Room, Arctic Room, Pyramid Room, Ocher Clay Rooms, a Fire Dome and an infrared sauna, plus a Forest Room, movie theater and outdoor terrace for cooling off between sessions.

General admission is $55 and covers one-time, full-day entry to the bath areas, saunas and relaxation rooms, along with locker use and a spa uniform rental. Massages, body scrubs, and food or drink purchases are billed separately. Small towels are included; larger towels rent for $2 if needed.

This is an adults-only facility, with a minimum age of 18 for spa services. Walk-ins are accepted, and the spa keeps the same 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. hours seven days a week, with designated gender-specific hours for the bath areas. First-time visitors need to bring a valid ID to register at the front desk before heading in.

Groups of ten or more should call ahead or email to arrange the visit, and staff note they may check non-clear bags at entry for safety. Given the day-pass model and lack of age exceptions, this spot suits solo visits or small adult groups looking for a straightforward soak-and-sauna afternoon rather than a family outing.
