Toukakyo is the in-house onsen at the Jasmac Plaza Hotel, right in Sapporo's Susukino entertainment district. It draws on a natural hot spring, with a sauna and thermal pools making up the core of the bathing facilities. Both day-trippers and hotel guests use the same spaces, and everyone moves between the bath, free relaxation lounge, dining area, and other amenities while wearing the yukata provided.

The baths run from 10:00 to midnight daily, with last entry at 23:00, so there's plenty of room to work a soak into an evening out in Susukino or a stop after sightseeing. Hotel guests get access across a wider window including early mornings, since the overnight bathing restriction that used to apply on certain days has been lifted as of March 2026. A restaurant on site covers meals, with slightly different hours on weekdays versus weekends.

Beyond the bath itself, there's a separate foot-care and massage service with private rooms, bookable in course lengths starting around 30 minutes, plus banquet and party plan rooms if you're visiting with a group. Parking is available on site, though the operation and pricing of the parking area changed as of June 2026, so it's worth checking current terms before driving in. Walk-ins are welcome for day use, no reservation required, and the whole operation is run in Japanese, with staff and hotel reception available for any English needs on the hotel side.
