The Society of Preservation Med Spa sits on King Street in Harleston Village, a short walk from downtown Charleston, and operates as a medical spa rather than a drop-in day spa. Every visit starts with a consultation with a board-certified nurse practitioner, who builds a plan around a patient's anatomy and goals rather than a single service. The signature offering is the Society Signature Facial, one of 28 treatments on the menu.

The clinical side covers Botox, Dysport and Daxxify injectables, dermal filler, and a run of skin treatments including GLACE, GLO2 Preservation, microneedling, PDRN, dermaplaning and chemical peels. Laser and energy devices on site include MOXI, Lumecca Peak IPL, DiolazeXL for hair removal, Geneo RF for tightening and Celluma LED. The practice also runs protocols for melasma, rosacea and acne, offers vitamin shots and medical-grade home care, and sells its own sunscreen, Throwing Shade, formulated for Charleston's humidity and sun.

Access runs through membership tiers rather than a la carte day passes: a limited founding membership, a standard six-month membership, a flagship monthly-ritual tier, a men's-only option, and discounted student pricing for CofC, MUSC and Citadel students. Reservations are required and the practice serves adults only.

The suite is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., closed Sunday. Parking is validated for 90 minutes at the 69 Wentworth Street garage. The space also rotates a monthly exhibition of work by local female artists and selects a product each month whose proceeds go to a Lowcountry nonprofit.
