The Spa at Cotswold House sits in a separate red-brick building at the top of the hotel's gardens in Chipping Campden, with its own postcode and car park. It's a compact hotel spa built around a hydrotherapy pool and steam room rather than a sprawling wellness complex, and it's strictly adults only, with a minimum age of 18 for both facility use and treatments.
Day visitors are welcome: a two-hour access slot costs £20 per person. Hotel guests who book directly get two hours of complimentary access per day of their stay, while those booking through third parties or staying at the hotel's sister property, The Noel Arms, pay £10 per person for the same two-hour window. Treatments cover massages, body polish, wraps and facials using the La Sultane De Saba product range, and are booked separately from pool access.
It's open 10am to 6pm every day except Christmas Day, with late afternoon (4-6pm) the busiest swim period, so booking ahead is worth doing if that's the only time that suits. Arrive 15 minutes early for treatments to allow for changing and a consultation form. Pregnant visitors can use the hydrotherapy pool, which runs at a warm 32°C, though the steam room isn't recommended; treatments are available between 12 and 37 weeks. Note that the spa is closed for a makeover from 7-30 September 2026, reopening 1 October 2026.
