Communal sauna and ice bath sessions run weekly, shared with up to eight other people, and start from £18 per person — a low-cost way to try the practice alongside others. For those wanting the space to themselves, private sessions offer exclusive use of the sauna and ice bath for a group of up to eight, which suits birthdays, small gatherings, or corporate wellness outings. The venue can also be hired in full, including the woodland sauna, ice baths, and an adjoining studio space, for hen dos, retreats, or larger group events.

Beyond the standard sessions, Scenic Sauna periodically runs guided workshops and themed evenings — past listings have included a Wim Hof Method fundamentals class covering breathing technique and cold exposure, and combined yoga-and-sauna evenings that pair a slow flow practice with a sauna and ice bath finish, sometimes ending with tea by the fire.

Opening hours vary through the week: Monday mornings, afternoon-into-evening slots Wednesday through Friday, and longer weekend hours Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 7pm. Tuesdays are closed. A day pass is available, but reservation is required in advance rather than turning up on spec, and the site falls into the affordable price tier.
