The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is a Forbes Five-Star facility with 22 treatments on the menu, ranging from massage and body work to advanced skincare. The eucalyptus steam room and saltwater whirlpool anchor the wet areas, while a relaxation lounge and ocean views round out the setting. Couples treatments are offered, and the signature Palm Beach Signature Massage blends deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology and scalp work with warmth and aromatherapy.

Skincare here leans clinical: a signature facial uses up to eight modalities, including aqua peel dermabrasion, oxygen infusion, microcurrent, ultrasound and radio frequency. The spa also runs a SPA/CLINIC by 111SKIN, developed with cosmetic surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, alongside Biologique Recherche treatments and CBD-based options. Manicures use Himalayan salt domes for added warmth, and there's a full-service hair salon on site.

Access is split between day-pass guests and resort-only perks. The Day Spa and Beach Retreat package pairs popular treatments with full-day beach access, and a VIP day option adds lunch plus fitness and beach privileges. Sunrise beach yoga runs 50 minutes for $130 solo or $250 for a group of up to 10, though these sessions are limited to registered resort guests and need 48 hours' notice to book.

The spa is open daily from 9:30am to 7pm. Valet parking is available at a discounted $15 rate once validated at the spa.
