The Spa at The g sits inside the g Hotel on the Old Dublin Road, built around a thermal suite rather than a single big pool. The circuit covers a vitality hydro pool, a crystal steam room, a rock sauna, an ice fountain and lifestyle showers, with a relaxation room attached for lounging between stops. It's set up for slow mornings or afternoons rather than quick drop-ins — there's no walk-in access, so everything runs on reservation.

Treatments number 18 in total, built mostly around Ground Wellbeing products and techniques: salt stone massages, Gua Sha facial work, a jet lag ritual, and biome-focused facials for sensitive or compromised skin. The signature is the Pink Stone Ritual, a 60-minute Himalayan salt stone massage paired with thermal suite time, a relaxation-room stop with refreshments, and an afternoon tea built around lavender and Himalayan salt, finished with a salt-spiced margarita — available Monday to Friday for €199 and booked by email rather than online.

Access is restricted to adults aged 16 and over, and the spa does not run gender-specific hours, so the suite is shared. A day pass covering thermal suite access costs around €50, while hotel guests booking their stay directly through the hotel get that access thrown in. Hours shift through the week — 10am to 6pm most days, extending to 7pm on Fridays and running 8am to 8pm on Saturdays — so it's worth checking the slot you want against the calendar before booking.
