The Spa at The Omni Grove Park Inn is a hotel spa built around water: a mineral-based relaxation pool, two therapeutic waterfall pools, contrast pools, and a lap pool lit with 6,500 fiber-optic "stars" and underwater music. Saunas, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, inhalation rooms and fireside lounges round out the wet and dry areas, all set within the historic Grove Park Inn property at 290 Macon Ave.

This is strictly an adults-only space, with a minimum age of 18 and no exceptions. It's also fully electronics-free, a deliberate choice meant to keep the lounges and pools quiet and phone-free rather than a minor inconvenience.

Treatments number eleven in total, spanning massage, body work, skincare and pedicures, plus a signature Fire, Rock, Water, and Light treatment. Couples treatments are offered, and every spa service comes with a day pass to the facilities on the day of your appointment.

Day passes without a treatment are also available but limited and not sold on a walk-in basis — hotel guests get priority booking, and non-resort guests can visit only on select dates through the year. Reservations for treatments or standalone day passes are made by calling the spa directly; check-in for day-pass holders begins at 9 a.m. The spa is open daily from 8 a.m., closing at 6 p.m. on most weekdays and extending to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
