Valmont for The Spa at The Setai, Miami Beach

This is the spa inside The Setai hotel on Collins Avenue, built around Valmont skin care and a set of treatment rooms designed for views as much as pampering. There are seven rooms total, five of them couples suites, with natural light and panoramic looks at the ocean or city. Locker rooms for men and women come with private showers, dry saunas, steam showers and a hydrotherapy cold plunge, so the plan can be treatment plus a soak in the wet areas rather than just an in-and-out facial.

The standout offering is the Majestic Facial, a 90-minute, $895 session exclusive to The Setai that pairs Japanese kobido massage technique with Valmont's l'Elixir des Glaciers line. A Detox Massage and a customizable Jet Set Facial (which comes with a complimentary Eye Stress Relief add-on) round out the menu, though full pricing for those isn't listed here. A 20% service charge applies to all spa services.

Beyond treatments, there's a renovated fitness center with Peloton bikes, Technogym equipment, a Pilates reformer and free weights, open around the clock. Beach yoga runs Friday through Sunday at 8:30am, complimentary for hotel guests and residents, with sign-up through the spa extension. Private yoga, meditation, mat Pilates and personal training can be booked separately at hourly rates. The boutique on site sells Valmont products to take the routine home.

Access requires a reservation, the minimum age is 16, and arriving 30 minutes early for treatments is standard practice here, since late arrivals cut into the session itself rather than pushing the next guest's time back.
