WorldSprings is a day-spa campus in The Colony, just north of Dallas, built around a collection of mineral pools ranging from 85 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, each tied to a different regional style and mineral mix. The idea is a soak-and-cycle routine: move between warm pools, cold plunges set at 45 to 55 degrees, and seven different saunas that include Finnish, Himalayan salt, red light, aromatherapy and chromotherapy rooms. There's also an Aufguss sauna experience, a guided class combining heat, cold, aromatherapy, music and light.
Beyond the water and heat circuit, the property has a sun deck with more than 100 loungers and tiltable umbrellas, firepits with Adirondack-style seating, and cabanas for groups of up to six starting around $185. The Springs Café & Bar handles food and drinks, including poolside service if you'd rather not leave your spot in the water. Locker rooms come with RFID lockers, private changing areas, hot showers and swimsuit dryers.
Spa treatments including massages and facials are available, though reservations are strongly recommended for those. The facility is family friendly as well as suited to couples, and it's not clothing-optional. Walk-ins are accepted, but booking ahead is advised for guaranteed entry, especially on weekends. Hours run from 9am to 10pm on weekends and extend from 10am most weekdays, with Friday opening at 9am as well.
