The spa itself runs daily from 9 am to 6 pm, and the resort recommends booking treatments ahead rather than showing up on spec. Staff can help arrange and schedule sessions once you're checked in. Beyond the treatment rooms, the property has a swimming pool open from 7 am to 8 pm (proper swim attire required) and a 24-hour gym with no on-duty lifeguards or trainers, so both are self-guided.
