Calicéo Bordeaux sits in Bruges, just outside Bordeaux proper, close to Bègles, Mérignac, Pessac and Eysines. The center spans 4,000 square meters built around heated pools kept at 34°C, split between indoor basins under a glass roof and outdoor areas. Wood-lined saunas and a sanarium sit alongside hammams scented with eucalyptus, giving the bathing area a straightforward wet-and-dry circuit rather than a single headline feature.

Beyond soaking, the center runs water-based fitness classes including aquagym, aquatraining, aquabike and aquapilates for anyone who wants to move rather than just float. A separate spa section, run with Thalgo, offers massages and treatment rituals for solo visitors or couples, open to both men and women.

The bathing area runs 10am to 9pm daily, including public holidays, and no reservation is needed to walk in. The spa treatment side operates on a slightly shorter schedule, 10am to 8pm daily, and requires booking ahead. Note that pool access is cut off 15 minutes before closing to allow time to clear the baths. Free on-site parking is available, and staff work in French and English. Day passes are sold, so this works as a drop-in option for locals or visitors without needing a hotel stay or membership. Couples treatments are available for those booking the spa side together.
