Jala Spa

Jala Spa is the hotel spa inside the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa on Front Street, offering massages, facials and body treatments alongside a newer infrared sauna that incorporates halotherapy (salt-infused air) for relaxation and respiratory support. It's set up as a reservation-only operation, open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and is geared toward couples as much as solo visitors.

The treatment menu leans into local materials, with facials built around organic, cruelty-free products that use a sea-water base, plus options tailored to specific skin concerns like acne or fine lines. For couples, the spa offers an 80-minute couples' massage designed for two people to be treated side by side. The infrared sauna can be booked on its own or paired with a massage or other treatment.

Beyond the treatment rooms, guests have access to a fully equipped 24-hour fitness center with Peloton bikes, Lifecycle treadmills and cross trainers, free weights, and stretching equipment, plus maps for those who'd rather run or walk outdoors in Key West. The spa also ties into Hyatt's World of Hyatt app and Headspace partnership, giving access to guided meditations and sleep sounds in-room.
