KARE sits inside the Soul Vacation property on Colva beach, run less like a spa menu and more like a small medical clinic. Every visit starts with a consultation with the resident physician, Dr. Niranjan Bhide (BAMS, MD Ayurveda), who reads pulse and history before recommending anything. The centre, founded in 2022, is staffed by one resident doctor, six trained therapists and an Iyengar-trained yoga teacher.

The eight core therapies cover the standard Ayurvedic range: synchronised oil massage (abhyanga), the forehead oil stream of shirodhara, nasal oleation (nasya), herbal powder massage (udvartana), lower-back oil pooling (kati basti), restorative Iyengar yoga, and the doctor's consultation itself. The flagship offering is panchakarma, a fourteen- to twenty-one-day cleansing programme built around prescribed diet, daily therapies and physician review.

Beyond single treatments, KARE packages longer stays into named programmes: The Reset (a short-stay version with daily abhyanga and yoga), the Classical Panchakarma track, a Stillness Programme aimed at sleep and stress using shirodhara and nasya, and a Sound Healing programme built around gong baths and nada yoga. Most of these multi-day programmes need booking six to eight weeks in advance.

The centre is open daily from 8am to 8pm. It suits travelers looking for a structured, doctor-supervised approach rather than a drop-in massage, and the audience leans toward couples and solo travelers booking longer resets rather than a quick spa hour.
