N Le Spa - Le Negresco

N Le Spa sits inside the Hôtel Le Negresco on Rue de Rivoli in Nice, part of the French Riviera's hotel-spa scene. The wet areas cover a hammam and sauna, and there's a fitness center open around the clock for hotel guests. Treatments, body care and an Immersive Yoga experience are bookable by appointment, and a swimsuit is required throughout the humid areas (sold in the spa's Concept Store if needed).

Access works differently depending on who you are. Hotel guests can use the hammam and sauna daily from 8am to 8pm without a reservation, though access may be limited during busy periods. Outside visitors need to book a treatment of at least 90 minutes, a signature treatment, or the Immersive Yoga session to get into the wet areas, and are invited to arrive an hour early to make use of them. There's no standalone day pass here — access is tied to a paid service.

Booking requires full prepayment, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice or the prepayment is forfeited. The spa accepts minors from age 16 with a parent present and a signed waiver; younger children can visit the hotel's family hours separately. Valet parking is offered at the hotel's main entrance, and staff work in English and French. The spa is non-smoking and asks that phones and electronic devices stay out of the treatment and wet areas.
