Pure Serenity Spa sits on the fourth floor of the Elk Building at Westgate Park City Resort, a full-service hotel spa built around a waterfall feature and a thermal circuit that includes a sauna, steam room and pools. The menu runs to massages, facials and body treatments alongside salon services, but the newer draw is the Signature Head Spa, a treatment combining warm steam, a halo waterfall massage and deep hydration. It's become the spa's calling card and the one most first-time visitors ask about.

Access is by reservation, and while the spa is open every day from 9:30am to 6:30pm, it's worth calling ahead - Mondays and Tuesdays in particular can run on an appointment-only basis. At an upscale price tier, this isn't a budget stop, but it fits the mountain-resort setting and the level of facilities on offer. Solo travelers and couples both use the space, and the fitness center and yoga studio nearby make it easy to build a longer wellness stop around a single treatment.
