Beyond the treatment rooms, the facility includes an indoor mosaic pool and a mind/body movement studio with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at the mountains - useful for stretching or yoga before or after a treatment. There's also a sizeable fitness room with Life Fitness cardio equipment and a free-weight area, so this functions as much as a gym and recovery space as a treatment destination.

The signature offering is the Elements of Wellness treatment, which the resort describes as a customized journey using alpine botanicals, alongside more standard massage and facial options delivered by in-house therapists. This is squarely a hotel spa in the access sense: there's no day-pass option, so the facilities and treatments are reserved for guests staying at the Montage. Hours run 8am to 6pm daily, which gives a fairly wide window for booking around ski days, hikes, or bike rides in Park City.

Given the price tier (luxury) and hotel-only access, this is a spa built for people already booked into the Montage rather than a stop for outside visitors. Anyone staying elsewhere in Park City looking for a soak or treatment will need to look at venues with day-pass access instead.
