RockResorts Spa sits inside the Grand Summit Hotel in Canyons Village, a short walk from the lifts, and runs as a day-spa with hotel-guest access. The facilities are straightforward: a dry sauna, eucalyptus steam room, three whirlpools and a heated pool, used both before and after treatments.

The menu runs 22 treatments deep, built around massage and mountain-specific recovery. The signature RockResort Custom Massage ($195 for 50 minutes, up to $390 for 110) lets you set pressure and blend Swedish, sports and deep-tissue techniques with a therapist. There's also an Apres Ski Leg Recovery Ritual and a Therapeutic Leg Recovery treatment aimed squarely at skiers' tired legs, plus body treatments like the Black Diamond Detox and Hydration Ritual, facials, and add-ons such as scalp treatments and hot honey foot massage.

Couples are well accommodated — nearly everything on the menu, from massage to the Black Diamond Detox, can be booked side-by-side in a private room for two, with pricing roughly double the solo rate. Prenatal massage is offered after the first trimester.

It's an upscale, resort-style spa rather than a budget option, priced accordingly for a hotel property in a ski town.
