Serein Head Spa & Thai Massage is a day spa in the Grantville area of San Diego built around two main services: head spa treatments and bodywork. The head spa menu runs from a quick Express Scalp Cleanse up through combination rituals that add aromatherapy massage, steam therapy, and neck/shoulder work to the scalp treatment, plus ear spa services like classic ear cleaning and combined ear-and-head sessions.

On the massage side, the lineup covers Thai Combination (blending Thai, deep tissue, Swedish, shiatsu, and foot reflexology), traditional Thai massage, deep tissue, Swedish, foot reflexology, and a four-hand massage with two therapists working at once. Across both categories there are 20 treatments listed, and a deep tissue upgrade can be added to any massage package for $10 more per session.

The signature offering is the Signature Head Spa, priced at $89. Multi-session packages are available for most treatments, with per-session rates dropping as the package size increases (for example, the 60-minute head spa goes from $89 a session down to $79 for a 10-session package). Gift cards are sold in set denominations ($75, $100, $150) with no expiration date, and regular visitors can earn a free 60-minute treatment after seven visits through the loyalty program.

The studio is open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and takes both walk-ins and reservations, making it workable for a lunch-break scalp cleanse or an evening massage. It's currently in a soft opening, with first-time specials offered to new guests on select treatments. The space is set up for groups, couples, and solo visits alike.
