Spa Brezza

Spa Brezza sits inside Mission Bay Resort in San Diego and operates as an adults-only day spa, open to guests 18 and up. The menu runs nine treatments across massage, Himalayan salt therapy, facials and a small CND Shellac-certified nail salon, with private suites, a relaxation lounge and a dedicated salt room on site.

Massage options include a customizable Noble Breeze (Swedish/deep tissue blend), a Sports Recovery massage with hot-and-cold muscle balm, a Gentle Prenatal massage recommended after the first trimester, and Warm Stone Therapy. The signature Romance Escape is a couples massage performed side-by-side in a private suite, followed by sparkling wine and truffles in the Zen lounge. Himalayan salt services range from a 30-minute meditation session on a heated salt table to a 90-minute salt scrub. Facial treatments center on HydraFacial technology, including a quick 30-minute version and longer options that add LED light therapy or hydrating serums.

Both walk-ins and day passes are available, though advance reservations are encouraged and require a credit card and phone number to hold. The spa asks guests to arrive 30 minutes early to check in and settle before treatment time, and enforces a 24-hour cancellation window before charging the full service price. Hours run 9am to 5 or 6pm most days, with a shorter 9am-to-3pm Tuesday schedule.
