SPA at Sheraton Lake Como

The SPA at Sheraton Lake Como is a roughly 700 sqm wellness area attached to the hotel lobby in Cernobbio, built around a wet zone, a fitness studio and three treatment rooms. The wet area centers on a 12-metre indoor pool with views of the surrounding greenery, plus a hydromassage tub, sauna, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, ice waterfall and a relaxation lounge for tea afterward.

Hotel guests get complimentary daily access to the whole spa. External visitors can book a day pass covering the wet area for 90 minutes and unlimited time in the 24-hour fitness studio, which runs on Technogym equipment; the pass includes bathrobe, slippers and a locker, and reservation is required in advance since spaces aren't staffed. Treatments, including facials and body work using the Italian INSÍUM skincare line, are booked and paid separately, with five treatments on the current menu and a dedicated couples' massage room.

The signature offering is the Private Suite Experience, a customizable couple's package that includes exclusive after-hours use of the wet area along with drinks and food, open to both hotel guests and outside visitors by reservation. Minimum age for entry is 12, with a seasonal exception from October to March when accompanied minors can use the spa until noon; adults-only applies from noon onward in those months. Parking and wifi are free for anyone visiting the spa.
