The Knotstop

The Knotstop has operated out of Bankers Hill since 2006, focused on massage therapy, organic facials and clinical skincare rather than pools, saunas or day-pass access. Every visit starts with a conversation about pressure preferences, skin concerns and goals before the session begins, and treatments are adjusted accordingly rather than following a fixed script.

Massage options range from relaxation to more targeted therapeutic work, with regular 60-minute rates starting at $135. First-time guests can book nearly any massage or facial and receive the applicable KnotClub member rate at checkout instead, which brings massage rates down to $105 and facials to $109; Master Therapist sessions add $10, and seasonal facials or couples massage are excluded from this first-visit pricing. Skincare is split between Eminence Organic treatments, which lean on botanical ingredients and professional exfoliation, and Lira Clinical facials, which use professional-strength products aimed at tone, texture and signs of aging.

Couples treatments are offered for those booking together, and the spa serves both solo visitors and pairs. There's no day pass here — this is an appointment-based spa built around individual massage and skincare bookings rather than a facility to spend an open-ended day in. The spa is open seven days a week, with slightly longer hours on Fridays through Sundays than on weekdays.
