PLUNJ Park City

PLUNJ Park City is a contrast-therapy spa built around two things: a dry sauna and a cold plunge. The sauna runs 175-190°F with roughly 20% humidity, and water poured over the stones produces bursts of steam. Most guests stay in for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off.

From there, the cold plunge holds steady between 45-50°F and fits up to four people at once. The suggested dose is short, anywhere from 30 seconds to five minutes, which is typically enough to get the circulation and mood benefits people come here for. The back-and-forth between hot and cold is the whole point of a visit.

Access is membership-based, and reservations are required. The spa also offers private buyouts for groups or parties, with packages starting at $225, arranged by calling ahead. It's set up as a group-friendly space, moderately priced relative to other day spas in the area.

PLUNJ is open daily except Sunday, from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm, at its location on Forestdale Drive in Park City. There's no plunge pool, steam room, or spa-menu treatments beyond the sauna and cold plunge setup, so this is a place for a focused contrast-therapy session rather than a full-service spa day.
